I understand how difficult and courageous it is to allow yourself to be vulnerable, to be seen, to talk about how you are feeling and to bring into the therapy room your deepest fears. My promise to you is that I will walk this journey with you at your pace in an environment that is safe, non-judgemental and empathic where you will feel heard, supported and gently challenged in your exploration of your unique difficulties.
I value you as a unique individual with unique feelings, thoughts and beliefs. I will meet you where you are at in your process at any given time. I recognise and honour your ability to determine what is true for you. I believe that every human being has a yearning and a capability to develop to their full potential, given the opportunity and appropriate support.
The objective of our work together will be to allow you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and to assist you to see options available in relation to you and your life, to experience a different way of being in the world. My goal for you is that you will become your own expert, and together you and I will work towards finding your true and authentic self and give it space to shine.
” If you get the inside right, the outside will fall into place” – Eckhart Tolle

“Your journey has moulded you for the greater good, and it was exactly what it needed to be. Don’t think that you have lost time. It took each and every situation you have encountered to bring you to the now. And now is the right time… ” – Asha Tyson
