Yoga is an ancient, holistic system of self care that combines breath and movement allowing you to connect with your true self. And when we connect with ourselves we can connect with others. A yoga class provides you with the opportunity to unplug, to suspend ‘doing’ and ‘busyness’ for 90 minutes, to move into stillness, learning how to be in the present moment.
Niamh has had a life-long interest in yoga and has been teaching now for 3 years. Her classes are gentle and mindful with an emphasis on using the breath to create space in the body, to steady the mind and to find your centre no matter where you are. The classes are suitable for all shapes, sizes and ages. If you can breathe you can do yoga.
Join Niamh for 90 minutes on Wednesday mornings in The Dancing Soul, 11.00– 12.30pm or Friday nights 8.00-9.30pm to relax, renew and rejuvenate.
