Sinéad is a highly skilful Addiction Counsellor specialising in the Treatment of Alcohol, Chemical and behavioural Dependency. She has Bachelor’s Degree in Addiction Counselling from AIT and is an accredited Addiction Counsellor for the past few years.
Sinéad has worked in the addiction field for the past ten years working with The National Forensic Mental Health Service, Kilbarrack Drug Rehabilitation centre, Merchants Quay High Park and Tabor House treatment centres.
Particularly competent in treating Eating Disorders Sinéad draws upon a variety of treatment approaches such Dialectical behaviour therapy and interpersonal psychotherapy. However, all treatment approaches are dependent upon the patient’s unique presentation.
