Question: What is something I can do in the moment to help me when I’m stressed?

Experiencing stress is normal. It is how we respond to stress that leads us to getting stuck.

This is a practice you can do this anytime and anywhere to bring calm to your body, relax the mind and help your heart slow down.

1. Place your hand on your lower belly.

2. Take a deep breath feeling your belly inflate with air.

3. Hold your breath for 3 seconds.

4. Exhale and concentrate on releasing the breath as slowly as possible.

5. Repeat 3 times.
