Therapy with Geraldine can be accessed face-to-face or in an online setting.

Geraldine offers:

Counselling and psychotherapy to individuals covering a wide range of concerns including issues of self-worth, anxiety and depression.

Helping with self-doubt, bereavement and loss, PTSD, postnatal depression, anger management, relationship issues, emotional and physical abuse, and workplace related issues.

She will work with you to build self-confidence and increase your ability to function and to carry on and deal with the stresses of everyday life.

Geraldine’s approach to psychotherapy is integrative. She incorporates the theoretical approaches of a number of schools of psychotherapy such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-centred Psychotherapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Solution Focused Therapy which then enables her to find a way that best meets the needs of each individual client.

Relational value is one of the most basic needs humans require to initiate healing & change. Many people struggle with the lack of that basic need of being valued. I will work with you to develop a therapeutic relationship in which you feel valued and heard.

Finding a safe and comforting place to talk about all the emotions that come with life can be tremendously beneficial. The beauty of the therapeutic relationship is that it allows the freedom to be able to explore anything without fear or repercussions, which isn’t always the case in everyday life.
