I offer counselling and psychotherapy to individuals covering a wide range of concerns including loss, issues of self-worth, anxiety and depression in their various forms, bereavement and loss, fertility issues, postnatal depression, PTSD, anger management, conflict at home, abuse, separation/divorce, bullying and parenting strategy work.

My approach to psychotherapy is primarily humanistic and integrative. I view everyone as unique with endless potential and believe that under the appropriate conditions, everyone has the capability of becoming the best version of themselves.

I began my professional life in education and later worked with vulnerable adults and youths in the social care sector for fifteen years. Subsequently I trained as a psychotherapist in the University of Limerick and hold a M.A in Integrative Psychotherapy. I am committed to continuing education and clinical research.

I work within the ethical framework of the IAHIP and under The Children First Act (2015).
