In this fast moving modern world, anxiety is a common occurrence. Anxiety is a normal response to a stressful situation and can be useful in forcing us to deal with an upcoming situation. However, anxiety can be problematic when it interferes with normal day to day life, and often can become completely overwhelming.
Working with a holistic approach we can work together in exploring coping methods to deal with feelings of anxiousness in a constructive way, in a way that suits you.
Self-esteem has many definitions, but all address aspects of how we view and value ourselves. Regardless of its definition, self-esteem is a fundamental component of who we are as individuals, and that affects who we are collectively as a society. Low self-esteem has a profound impact on the choices you make since it determines, to a great extent, what you consider yourself capable and worthy of doing, e.g. not pursue work or college ambitions, accept poor treatment from family, friends and partners, body image and negative thought patterns.
In a safe environment we can explore low self-esteem, and facilitate a space for you to reclaim your worth and face life with confidence. Healthy self-esteem allows us to more ambitious, not just with success, but what we can experience emotionally, creatively and spiritually.
Grief is a multi-layered response to loss, to which a bond or affection was formed. Grieving the loss of a loved one be a difficult process, whether the loss is due to death, a breakup, or other circumstance. Grief can come arrive with the loss of a job, college and friendship. One of the hardest challenges is adjusting to the new reality. There is not only the emotional response to loss, it also has physical, cognitive, behavioural, social, cultural, spiritual and philosophical dimensions.

Having gone through this journey myself, I will explore your challenges and fears with you and help you turn them into your strengths, so you can live to your full potential.
