BA in Holistic Counselling and Psychotherapy for Adults.

My own personal experience of trauma, paranormal trauma, anxiety and depression as a child and as an adult led to me embarking on this wonderful journey to be a counsellor and psychotherapist. I believe all healing comes from a spiritual place within us. And from my own experience of therapy as a teenager and as an adult educated me on what I felt a therapist and therapeutic setting should consist of. My vision is to inspire, encourage and support you in your journey towards wholeness. Therefore I unite the worlds of mind, body and spirit within the therapeutic setting. That is why I strive to promote and hold a safe, secure, confidential, non-judgmental, respected and welcoming space for my client’s so they can continue on with their journey of self-discovery and healing. All enquires private and confidential.
