My area of work is group work,  Mental health/ Body positivity. Having spent years never feeling comfortable in my own skin, learning to appreciate my whole being mind body and spirit , understanding and learning acceptance through mindfulness allows for a better quality of life.
I offer a safe space, filled with encouragement and non judgment. Working in groups/ Single to help empower you to be the best version of yourself.
