Here we are in the month of August… This year is passing before our eyes, so much happening at a fast pace. We can easily get caught up in trying to keep informed while adjusting to our new normal without taking time to understand how everything is impacting on us. For many it is just merely surviving and getting through the day, for others the days are long and lonely and for more they are somewhere in between. May you appreciate you are doing your best at any given moment.

Meet Petrina Timoney

Specialises in stress, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship issues, low mood, loss and trauma.

I provide a safe therapeutic space where clients can explore difficult issues and work towards gaining a better understanding of themselves, how they relate in the world and what changes they might like to make. Everyone is unique and I work in collaboration with each person in a way that suits their individual needs, integrating perspectives from Humanistic, Psychodynamic, Gestalt and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).  I am currently available for both face to face and online therapy.

I will respect you and your life story and our journey together.
