Counselling and psychotherapy are umbrella terms that cover a range of talking therapies. They are delivered by trained practitioners who work with people over a short or long term to help them bring about effective change or enhance their well-being.
Range of Counselling/Psychotherapy Services.
At The Dancing Soul, we offer individual Counselling/Psychotherapy to address a host of different life challenges including job loss, career change, desire for more meaningful relationships, urge to deepen one’s personal journey of self-exploration and growth, depression, anxiety, bereavement, psychosomatic ailments, and general life stress. We also offer couples counselling, mediation, and employee assistance.
We offer appointments with both male and female Counsellors/Psychotherapists who are fully accredited by either or both of the two main accrediting bodies in Ireland, IAHIP and IACP. As such, we work in accordance with the code of the ethics and practice of the IAHIP and the IACP. (See below)
